Audience:

Busy accountants during Australia's tax season were the primary audience for this research study. They participated in interviews to capture the key pain points and opportunities for accounting software during this crucial time. 

Our Approach:

We efficiently leveraged our community, urging members to ask their accountants about interest in participating during their annual tax time meeting. By explaining the study's purpose and introducing referral incentives, we successfully connected with accountants during their busy schedules.

Result:

We successfully recruited n = 12 accountants within 10 days of launching networking.
